Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Promote and present Makita products, highlighting their technical features and benefits.
- Recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the maintenance and technical support team to resolve customer issues.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company professionally and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Since of Physics, Chemistry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power tools or industrial products.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Strong follow-up, planning, and organizational skills.
