Warehouse Keeper

Job Summary 

The Warehouse Keeper is responsible for the daily handling, storage, and issuance of materials and ensuring accurate inventory records. The role includes receiving and inspecting goods, organizing and preserving stock, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting inventory discrepancies. The Warehouse Keeper also supports stock movements and maintains a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse in compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient material handling and storage.
• Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels using the warehouse management system.
• Ensure the proper storage and preservation of goods to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding material availability and stock movements.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and comply with company policies and HSE requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office and warehouse management/ERP systems.
• Good command of Arabic; English is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
